Job Description:

ESBEE Realty is looking for an experienced Sr. Architect to join its Engineering team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in residential and commercial real estate projects, architectural drawings, consultant coordination, regulatory compliance and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts and design proposals for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare and review working drawings, sections, elevations, construction details and finishing drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior and landscape consultants.
• Ensure compliance with PMC/PMRDA regulations, DCR, building bylaws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate design reviews, drawing revisions and authority submission requirements.
• Conduct site visits, resolve design-related issues and support project execution.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision records and design documentation.
• Coordinate with Liaisoning, Engineering and Sales teams for approvals and project requirements.
• Support RERA-related drawings and documentation, where required.
• Identify practical design improvements and value-engineering opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Arch from a recognized institution; M.Arch preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably with a real estate developer or consultancy handling real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of PMC/PMRDA norms, DCR and building regulations.
• Hands-on expertise in architectural working drawings, detailing and authority submissions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant design tools; Revit and Photoshop preferred.
• Strong consultant coordination, site execution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver drawings within timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Architects with hands-on experience in residential and commercial real estate projects, regulatory approvals and coordination between design and site execution teams.
