Sr. Architect | Dynatrace/Observability (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Architect | Dynatrace/Observability (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape observability strategy and guide delivery quality for enterprise customers, with a strong emphasis on APM, infrastructure monitoring, and AIOps. The architect will partner closely with consultants, senior stakeholders, and internal leaders to define standards, improve methodologies, and elevate the quality of client engagements. This position also supports team development through mentoring while contributing to the growth of the broader observability services practice.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $209,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Guide delivery quality across the observability practice.
• Mentor junior consultants to develop their skills.
• Lead customer-facing observability strategy engagements.
• Shape the direction of observability services and methodologies.
• Develop and review technical standards for delivery work.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Drive the growth of the broader services group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with an enterprise observability platform.
• Current knowledge of SaaS platform features like Grail and DQL.
• Experience migrating customers from an on-premises deployment to SaaS.
• 10+ years in observability, covering APM, infrastructure monitoring, and AIOps.
• Proven success in delivering observability strategy engagements and assessments.
• Ability to produce executive-quality deliverables and present to stakeholders.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in a consulting environment.
