Sr. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI & Automation to join our Digital & Data Intelligence team. In this role, you will drive AI and Automation initiatives from concept to implementation, working closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, develop Proof of Concepts (PoC), and deliver business value through intelligent technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and identify opportunities to leverage AI and Automation solutions.
• Design and develop AI/Automation Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Prototypes to evaluate feasibility and business impact.
• Collaborate with business users, management teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate AI projects from discovery, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Recommend suitable AI technologies, tools, and architectures aligned with business strategies.
• Monitor project performance, adoption rates, and business outcomes of implemented solutions.
• Develop AI performance metrics and business cases to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI and Automation solutions.
• Promote AI best practices and contribute to building an AI-driven culture across the organization.
• Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI, Automation, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation concepts, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in developing AI models, automation workflows, or intelligent business solutions.
• Knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and logical problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
