Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations, team performance, customer service, sales, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient branch functioning according to company standards.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain operational, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and operational costs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Support staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and management guidelines.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments when required.
• Take charge of branch operations in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Must have relevant experience in an International Chain / International Brand.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch/restaurant/retail operations.
• Previous experience in a Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Operations role will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, SOPs, and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with a reputable international chain or multinational brand, with strong exposure to structured operations, SOP implementation, team management, customer service, and branch performance management.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
