Sr. Associate Attorney

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a growing law firm seeking a Senior Associate Attorney (6-8 years of experience) to join its litigation team in Washington, DC.

This attorney will handle sophisticated commercial and consumer financial services litigation , representing businesses in federal court matters, arbitration, and class action litigation involving lending, consumer protection, privacy, fintech, and regulatory issues.

What You'll Bring

• 6-8 years of litigation experience as a licensed attorney
• Strong federal court litigation experience
• Commercial litigation background required
• Consumer financial services litigation experience is a plus
• DC Bar membership or ability to waive in
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing matters independently
