Job Summary

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large engagements of domestic compliance projects with limited supervision.
• Support in new client acquisition and business development.
• Thought leadership on global emerging trends.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) of handling / managing compliances projects.
• Experience of conducting, managing audits and reviews
• Robust project handling skills
• Experience in corporate secretarial/ corporate governance matters including Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading compliances.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• 0-3 yrs exp

Education Qualification

• Law graduate is must, additional qualification of Company Secretary and/ or any other compliance certification would be preferred.
