Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' needs, and offering solutions or alternatives when necessary.
• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently while maintaining high levels of product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed while ensuring seamless handovers.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with expertise in handling inbound calls.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling over phone calls.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays etc. depending on business requirements.
