Sr Associate Collections

• College Graduate or undergraduate, from collection background should have minimum of 2 year experience and non-collection background should haveminimum of 3 year experience

• Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills

• Knowledge of basic computer operation

• Making out-bound calls as per the process requirements and hitting the specified number of right party contacts on daily basis

• Good listening and responding skills

• Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities

• Should be target oriented and have great interpersonal skills

• Should not be pursuing any regular course/Educational program which may conflict with the work timing

• Knowledge of any regional language would be an added advantage

• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver performance as per the industry standards
