JOB PURPOSE

Managing day to day bank related matters, DP accounts, Investments, documentation work for account opening & KYC, sale/ purchase/ execution of shares transactions, settlement of transactions, ensuring compliance TDS, GST, Income Tax, coordinating with third parties, handling of Loans taken from banks, prepare & Submitting MIS, support to team members, Finance & accounts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Day to day bank related transaction & DP accounts. Book keeping alongwith the preparation of TDS, GST, Balance sheet related work. Review and analyzing the day to day bank related matter & DP accounts Documentation work for account opening & KYC compliances Review and complete the documentation work for account opening & KYC compliances Sale/ Purchase/ Execution of shares transactions Do the transaction related to sale / purchase / execution of shares Settlement of transactions Review and complete the settlement of transaction Monitoring and ensuring compliance Monitoring and ensuring compliance related to TDS / GST/ Income Tax / DP accounts / PMS / AIFs etc Coordinating with third parties Interact with third parties and coordinating for completion of transaction / documentation Handling of Loans taken from banks Coordinating and handling the loan taken from banks / Financial institutions Preparing the MIS Submission of MIS statements within the timelines fixed to superiors

Interact with Bankers - To resolve the issues of Bank transaction and Loans barrowed

Interact with GMR Family office employee & other departments whenever necessary

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

M.Com./ B.Com., / CA Inter, with good knowledge on Tally, word, Excel and analytical knowledge on Investment, Banking and Finance and Accounting
