Sr. Associate, Leasing

JOB TITLE Sr. Associate, Leasing | MAF Properties | West Region

Role Summary The position is responsible for working closely with the Director Leasing to market new properties and manage existing ones in order to maximize the leasing opportunities and meet the corporate revenue targets.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support the Leasing Senior Manager in achieving leasing objectives, including occupancy targets, rental rates, and optimal tenant mix.
• Identify and recommend layout improvements to maximize leasing opportunities and space utilization.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective tenants, manage enquiries, and coordinate site visits.
• Assist in preparing lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is completed and renewal processes are managed efficiently.
• Track leasing activities, maintain negotiation records, and prepare regular leasing status reports.
• Coordinate with Property Operations on lease extensions, retail gap analysis, and tenant mix enhancement strategies.
• Provide accurate lease management data, reports, and insights as required by management.
• Maintain organized lease records and system documentation, ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct, and promote MAFP values across all leasing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in leasing, retail, or real estate environments.
• Experience managing lease administration and leasing activities.
• Background in tenant relations, lease negotiations, and agreement management.
• Preferably gained within reputable retail or real estate companies in Egypt.
• Strong understanding of leasing operations, documentation, and commercial property management.
