This role is part of Alcon's Human Resources function, a team that collaborates across the business to shape company culture, manage talent, align associates to our purpose, and support associate development to help our people and the world see brilliantly.

The Sr. Associate I, Master Data Management (Korean speaker) is primarily responsible for serving as the first point of contact for Alcon associates and managers globally, providing guidance on HR topics and escalating issues as needed. Specific responsibilities include:

• Resolving day-to-day tickets globally through Workday and Service Now, ensuring timely updates and system accuracy.
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and guidance.
• Processing HR lifecycle changes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Committing to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions.
• Solving problems using root cause analysis.
• Prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Organizing, monitoring, and enhancing relationships with stakeholders.
• Handling client requests within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Engaging and contributing to team, regional, and global projects.
• Collaborating effectively within and across teams, sharing knowledge and support.
