About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Production Developer - UiPath to manage, optimize, and maintain UiPath automations in a live production environment.

This position goes beyond task-oriented development. It requires deep, hands-on UiPath expertise paired with a production-first mindset, strong analytical troubleshooting, end-to-end incident ownership, direct client communication, and operational team leadership. You will be directly responsible for process stability, job execution efficiency, production issue resolution, strict SLA adherence, and overall automation reliability.

Key Responsibilities 1. Production Support, Stability Monitoring

• Operational Stability: Own the day-to-day production performance, reliability, and health of live UiPath automations.
• Job Performance Monitoring: Actively monitor production jobs, execution schedules, queues, triggers, and bot performance to ensure timely completion.
• Proactive Prevention: Identify recurring failure patterns, fragile workflows, and bottleneck trends, implementing preventive measures to avoid downtime.
• SLA Compliance: Ensure all production processes consistently satisfy defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business operational targets.

2. Advanced Troubleshooting Incident Management (L2/L3/L4)

• Log Error Analysis: Analyze UiPath Orchestrator logs, job execution traces, system exceptions, and process contexts to isolate system failures.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Quickly evaluate partial system signals to determine root causes and implement sustainable, long-term corrective actions.
• Incident Ownership: Take full ownership of critical, high-priority, and complex production incidents that cannot be resolved at preliminary support levels.
• Cross-Functional Escalation: Coordinate with infrastructure, application, development, network, security, and client teams to resolve technical blockers.

3. Architecture, Code Quality Orchestrator Management

• Orchestrator Administration: Manage Orchestrator entities including processes, jobs, triggers, queues, assets, machines, runtimes, folders, and robot configurations.
• Code Review Standards: Review automation code for production-readiness, fault tolerance, maintainability, and efficiency.
• Robust Exception Handling: Ensure implementations use robust logging, retry mechanisms, global exception handling, and auto-recovery routines.
• Sustainable Engineering: Evaluate technical solutions based on risk, business impact, development effort, timeline, and long-term stability-avoiding temporary workarounds.

4. Stakeholder Communication Documentation

• Client Business Management: Deliver clear, timely, and professional technical updates during incidents and critical outages to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge Management: Quickly absorb new workflows via Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions.
• Runbooks Documentation: Create, update, and maintain accurate production support runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation.

5. Team Leadership Mentoring

• Technical Guidance: Mentor junior developers and support engineers in production troubleshooting, code quality, and best practices.
• Knowledge Sharing: Conduct technical review sessions and foster a culture of collaborative problem-solving across the managed services team.

Required Technical Skills

• Core Platform Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience in UiPath development, deployment, and production support.
• UiPath Suite Mastery: Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator across both Classic and Modern experiences.
• Framework Depth: Deep working knowledge of REFramework, selectors, workflows, exception handling, logging, queues, assets, triggers, and runtime configurations.
• Debugging Incident Handling: Proven ability to debug complex automations and resolve production failures under high-pressure scenarios.
• System Integrations: Practical experience integrating automations with Windows apps, web portals, Excel, databases, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Documentation Delivery: Ability to author and interpret PDDs, SDDs, KT plans, and operational runbooks.
