Sr. Automation Intelligence

Job Purpose
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, AI tools, and OCR to reduce manual work and improve business efficiency across International Business (IB). Work closely with business teams and IT to build reliable automation solutions, integrate systems, and support digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Automation Development
   * Develop automated workflows and business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and RPA tools.
   * Automate repetitive tasks and manual processes to improve productivity and reduce errors.
   * Test and deploy automation solutions based on business requirements.
2. AI, OCR & Intelligent Automation
   * Develop automation solutions using AI, OCR, document processing, and AI agents or chatbots.
   * Automate document data extraction, such as purchase orders, sales orders, and freight documents.
   * Build digital tools for pricing calculations, data processing, and other business operations.
3. System Integration & Collaboration
   * Work with business teams and IT to integrate automation solutions with SAP, CRM, databases, and other enterprise systems.
   * Support the development and scaling of business automation solutions into enterprise-level systems.
   * Coordinate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet technical, security, and system integration requirements.
4. Testing, Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
   * Perform solution testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve automation errors.
   * Monitor automation performance and maintain reliable operation of applications and bots.
   * Enhance existing solutions to improve performance, stability, and usability.
5. Automation Opportunity Analysis
   * Work with the BPI team and business users to identify processes suitable for automation.
   * Assess technical feasibility, development effort, and expected business benefits.
   * Recommend suitable automation tools and solutions based on business needs.
6. Technical Standards & User Enablement
   * Develop reusable automation templates, technical guidelines, and development best practices.
   * Support and coach business users in creating basic automation workflows.
   * Promote safe, consistent, and effective use of automation tools across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in automation development, RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing and deploying automated workflows and integrating business systems.
• Experience with AI, OCR, document processing, or chatbot development is an advantage.
• Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, RPA, or Azure AI certifications are preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• RPA tools and bot development. AI agents, chatbots, OCR, and intelligent document processing. API integration, REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and SQL databases.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Azure.
• Programming or scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, Power Fx, or similar languages. Technical troubleshooting, testing, and automation maintenance.
