Project Assignment Location: Asean Drive Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Hybrid (3 days per week RTO/onsite)

Dayshift (10:00am to 7:00pm)

Requirements:

· Design, write and maintain automated tests for web and mobile storefronts

· Build and troubleshoot tests across multiple browsers, devices and locales, including cloud device grids (e.g. LambdaTest, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)

· Create and maintain API-driven tests to validate backend behavior alongside the UI

· Git-based workflow and CI/CD familiarity

· Strong JavaScript (Node.js) experience

· Hands-on expertise with a modern browser automation tool (e.g. Playwright, Cypress) and BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Gherkin)

· Solid understanding of e-commerce user flows

· API testing experience — building requests, validating responses, using APIs for test data setup

· Knowledge in reading/writing SQL for test data verification

· Strong manual/exploratory testing skills alongside automation

JOB SUMMARY

· Design and develop automated tests in a web-based environment using automation tools and scripting tools such as Selenium WebDriver and/or any automation tools.

· Review requirements with an emphasis on test automation strategy and enforcement of excellent coding standards.

· Understand and apply existing test automation frameworks and suites to the assigned project/s as necessary.

· Ensures that business requirement specification are analyzed, understood properly and able to translate into automated test cases.

· Ensures that the system is released conforming to the functions and requirements set and agreed by the customer and development, supported by the Test Summary Report and/or Acceptance Test Certificate.

· Provides valuable inputs on improving processes within ESSPI and arising from system- related changes.

· Collaborates with Senior Automation Quality Analyst in applying knowledge and experience to mostly routine situations; application of working or functional knowledge and capability in a particular process or method;

KEY RESULTS AREAS / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Quality Process Mastery

a. Understand and comply with the defined and agreed Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI standards of the organization.

b. Understands various approaches used in testing such as System, Integration and Regression.

c. Develop and establish existing automation strategies and processes of the organization.

d. Implement and review the design and development of all aspects of automation testing (e.g. creation, execution and maintenance of automated test scripts).

e. Collaborates with the Manual Quality Team for the test cases to automate.

f. Executes manual test cases if necessary.

g. Implement and monitor all automation processes and create status reports for progress.

h. Provide inputs regarding improvements of tools and environment of existing automation

framework.

i. Enhance the architecture of existing automation framework and test script in collaboration with Senior Automation Quality Analyst.

j. Employ a variety of testing techniques to deliver product releases successfully including functional, regression and system tests.

k. Collaborate with the automation engineering team and contribute to overall automation efforts.

l. Creates test plan and test effort estimation for small to medium sized projects.

m. Properly executes the test scripts, identifies the correct behavior of the system under test, replicates and reports uncovered defects.

n. Tests and certifies software defect fixes and new functionality. Executes functional, application and regression tests for software releases.

o. Writes clear and precise defect reports as required for identified software defects and functional defects based on testing results.

p. Writes and submits Test Summary Report and/or Test Acceptance Certificate.

q. Collaborates with Senior Automation Quality Analyst in the Peer Review of automated Test

Cases and Test Summary Report and/or Acceptance Test Certificate.

r. Reviews and analyzes test results and makes recommendations.

s. Enforces quality procedures and guidelines across the Software Development Life Cycle.

t. Contributes to the continuous improvement of the QA procedures and guidelines.

u. Satisfy customer by providing clear testing specifications and quality product according to specified requirements.

v. Exhibits confidence in understanding the business concerns and provides sound business

suggestions and recommendations accordingly.

2. Administrative Tasks

a. Records activities in ATLAS and reports/elevates issues to superior when needed.

b. Conducts needed validation to ensure compliance to the procedures in CMMI.

c. Prepares and submits needed reports.

d. Mentors and guides Junior Automation Quality Analyst and/or Manual QA Team.

3. Teamwork

a. Closely coordinates with other team members of the applications development and support.

b. Facilitates effective team interaction adhering to the values of the company and meeting the

objectives.

c. Ability to adjust flexibly to help other team members to ensure continuity of providing service.

4. Learning and Development

a. Expand knowledge on business process and IT related information

b. Stay abreast of current technology, system information, problems, changes and updates

relevant to the team.

5. Performance of other tasks as maybe assigned.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
