该职位来源于猎聘 About the role The role of senior brand manager is to support marketing manager to ensure continuously strengthening Centrum CBEC sub-brand equity, increasing market share and achieving sales growth target. Key responsibilities

• Support MM to prepare annual marketing plan & communication strategies focus CBEC channel. Help build Centrum CBEC sub-brand with profitable growth.
• Responsible for Portfolio Strategy across Base line and Part of Key Innovation product lines including product line value chain management and investment model.
• IMC execution with Social and digital platform management.
• Business data analysis and P&L Owner.
• Understand and monitor the internal/external business environment in category, customer, consumers and competitors via market research and IMS/Kantar reports.
• Co-work with cross-functional teams to co-make media and trade plan, especially EC team.
• Product line extension and existing products management.

Qualifications and skills

• At least 5 years MNC marketing or E-commerce mkt experience. Brand MKT+ EC MKT experience, strong EC background, CBEC as a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking with excellent business sense based on data insights
• Basic Knowledge of EC operation and in-site media
• Bachelor and above.
• Fluent English skills.
