Sr. Brand Manager

BuiltaMart, the leading e-grocery platform in Metro Manila, is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager for our Growth and Commercials Team. The position requires the candidate to do offline marketing, B2B, Social Media, Print, Season Activations, On-site marketing, and other marketing platforms. These efforts will also be converted to insights and reports relevant to the business's sales and growth.

• Must have a good background and understanding of end-to-end marketing, including online and offline marketing, brand management, product management, partnerships, social media marketing, events, and other marketing outputs.
• Experience in Brand Management and Platform Management
• With proven leadership and management skills, leading and managing a team and collaborating with other departments.
• Has the ability to strategize, problem-solve, make decisions, and use critical thinking, and has an innovative mindset to meet the demands of the growing e-grocery business.
• With proven revenue output in past industries.
• Can provide continuous and accurate reporting and data analysis to the management.
• Experience in retail or e-grocery platform is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course related to Marketing Management

• With experience of at least 3 years in the similar industry

• With experience in leading and managing a team.

• Can adapt to the demands of a growing business.
