Sr. Business Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support transformation and process improvement initiatives. This role involves analyzing workflows, process mapping, evaluating opportunities, and documenting processes to drive efficiency and standardization across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping, documentation, and analysis of workflows
• Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and identify improvement opportunities
• Evaluate initiatives using standard criteria (value, feasibility, risk, readiness)
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and knowledge assets aligned to enterprise standards
• Support governance, compliance, and audit readiness through accurate documentation
• Partner with transformation and build teams to validate requirements and ensure delivery readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 4–5+ years of experience in process analysis, business transformation, or shared services
• Strong background in workflow documentation, SOP development, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Lean, Kaizen, or process improvement methodologies (Green Belt/PMP preferred)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
