Sr. Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for IT projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in existing processes and systems, recommending changes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks such as FRD (Functional Requirement Document).

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in an Analyst role within the FinTech/Payments industry.
• Strong understanding of BRD development principles and practices.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
