Sr. Business Analyst (Retail)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in the retail sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of RMS (Retail Management System)
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs
• Design, customize, configure and test the Retail module
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications
• Experience with Retail in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain
• Ability to support all stages of a Retail implementation project
• Profound understanding of Retail business processes
• Understanding of integration points with the Selling, Buying, Stock, and Finance modules
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a; can-do, attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
• Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities

Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm
Working Days: Mon- Friday

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs330,000.00 per month
