Job Summary

What you ll do

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients by phone and agreed business channels.

• Understand client requirements and explain relevant QTC services clearly.

• Maintain accurate conversation notes, follow-up dates and pipeline updates.

• Handle common objections professionally and coordinate next steps with the delivery team.

• Report progress and identify practical improvements to outreach and client handling.

  Requirements

What you ll bring

• 2-5 years of relevant telesales and client-handling experience.

• Fluent spoken and written English for client communication.

• Ability to qualify enquiries, manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

• Clear, respectful communication and dependable follow-through.

  Location and working arrangement

This is an office-based role in Jind, Haryana. Local candidates are preferred; applicants who can relocate are welcome to explain their availability.
