Role Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise applications, mapping workflows, documenting requirements, and aligning technical solutions with strategic goals.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) to support reporting, ETL, and operational systems.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to translate business logic into system specs, APIs, and data models.
• Perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies, system bottlenecks, and performance issues-delivering actionable remediation plans.
• Develop and execute test cases for database integrations, ensuring data integrity, security, and referential consistency across platforms.
• Document system architecture, data flows, and standard operating procedures for handover and compliance.
