Candidates with only standard C++, MFC C++, or general C++ experience without C++Builder experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Windows-based applications using C++.
• Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Enhance applications, fix defects and optimize performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with QA, business and support teams.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Support production deployments and post-release activities.
• Mentor junior developers when required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of C++ application development experience
• Hands-on Embarcadero C++Builder experience – Mandatory
• Strong Windows application development experience
• Strong OOP knowledge
• 3+ years of SQL and Stored Procedures
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with CST time-zone overlap
