Sr. Client Service Lead

My client, an establised Registered Investment Advisory firm In Middlesex County CT is seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Lead to serve as a senior member of the team to support the custodian relationships as well as overall improvement processes for operational and service functions.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this role will handle escalated client service and operational matters, oversee complex account activity, and help improve daily workflow. This role is a career track to the management team of the overall firm, NOT a financial advisor role

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support for complex client and account service matters.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to Client Service professionals.
• Work with custodians and vendors to resolve critical issues.
• Help develop and improve service policies, procedures and workflows.
• Partner with Compliance on quality control and operational risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wealth management, RIA or financial services.
• Fidelity Wealthscape experience required.
• Strong knowledge of custodial processes, account administration and asset movement.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring or training others is a plus.
