We work with some of India’s leading developers to build immersive 3D digital walkthroughs, interactive sales centers, and virtual tools that bring projects to life before they’re even built.

We’re expanding our client servicing team to support growing demand and deliver seamless, high-quality execution.

Role Objective

We are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage multiple projects, drive client communication, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery from onboarding through deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects end to end, including onboarding, execution, reviews, deployment, and post-launch support.

• Act as the primary client contact and ensure clear, proactive communication and expectation management.

• Coordinate with 3D design, UI/UX, software development, and other internal teams to drive project progress.

• Track project timelines, dependencies, pending inputs, approvals, and deliverables; proactively flag risks and potential delays.

• Ensure project updates communicate overall progress, timeline impact, pending actions, and next steps.

• Handle client feedback, design reviews, and QC across 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and software deliverables.

• Take ownership of client concerns and missed commitments, escalating issues appropriately and driving them to closure.

• Maintain project documentation, trackers, SOPs, and QC checklists.

• Guide junior team members and improve communication, follow-up, and project management practices.

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have 4–5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, project management, or account management.

• Have experience in real estate, architectural visualisation, 3D production, PropTech, or creative technology.

• Can independently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Have strong ownership, problem-solving, and quality-checking abilities.

• Are comfortable coordinating with both creative and technical teams.

Bonus If You Bring

• Familiarity with CAD, SKP, 3D renders, walkthroughs, Unity, or Unreal Engine.

• Experience with real estate developers, interactive sales tools, or experience centres.

• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Notion, or project management tools.

The expectation: Take ownership of projects, anticipate risks, keep clients and internal teams aligned, and ensure every commitment is followed through.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
