Sr. Clinical Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space.

This role will lead the planning and execution of global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong emphasis on coordination, delivery, and risk management. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and strategy while ensuring study milestones are met. The ideal candidate will also help mentor team members and drive operational excellence across complex clinical programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of global clinical trials across various therapeutic areas
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and strategy
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk management
• Ensure study milestones and deliverables are met
• Mentor team members and promote operational excellence and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research
• Proven ability to lead complex global clinical trials and cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Clinical trial experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, or Obesity preferred; Dermatology experience is a plus
