Sr Code Quality Engineer - AI Evaluation

We are hiring Senior Software Engineers to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on reviewing and improving AI-generated code.

This is a code quality and engineering evaluation role - not a traditional testing or manual QA position.

What Youll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code across different languages and engineering scenarios
• Assess code for correctness, security, scalability, readability, and maintainability
• Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and architectural weaknesses
• Analyze unfamiliar codebases and understand proposed changes
• Review bug fixes, feature implementations, refactoring, APIs, and database operations
• Improve code and create high-quality reference solutions
• Provide clear technical feedback and develop code-quality evaluation criteria

What Were Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, Go, C#, Ruby, PHP, or Rust
• Experience building, debugging, maintaining, and reviewing production-grade software
• Strong knowledge of software design, clean code, architecture, and maintainability
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience with code reviews and Git
• Good understanding of algorithms, APIs, databases, and application architecture
• Strong written English and ability to communicate technical feedback clearly

Selection Process

• AI Interview - approximately 20 minutes
• Delivery Interview - approximately 45-60 minutes
