What they need
Help make the world more hospitable
The hospitality industry is uniquely human, and it deserves technology that's just as inspiring as the people behind it. At Mews, we're transforming the industry with a platform that helps hotels run smarter, move faster and create better guest experiences.
You'll work with smart, curious people who care deeply about what they do. You'll have autonomy and the trust to make good decisions and move quickly. And you'll enjoy a real sense of purpose as you see the impact of what we're building.
If you're motivated by ownership, curiosity and meaningful impact, and are driven to deliver consistent high performance, you'll feel at home here.
About the role
The commercial team at Mews runs a complex, multi-touch GTM motion. This role owns the infrastructure that makes it faster, smarter, and less reliant on manual effort. That means AI-powered pipelines, automated routing and enrichment, Gong-driven coaching tools, CPQ automation — systems that move ARR and that real people depend on every day.
You would own a named branch of the Net Value Added metric tree. Your systems have a number attached to them from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full lifecycle of automation and AI-tooling initiatives in your team: from scoping through production release and iteration, accountable for adoption and KPI movement
- Build and ship LLM-powered agents, enrichment pipelines, and AI-assisted automations that commercial reps and BDRs interact with daily — designed for non-technical users, with observability built in from the start
- Own operational health of your domain’s live systems and manage vendor relationships (Gong, Clay, LeanData, ZoomInfo) including SLAs, incident escalation, and build-vs-buy decisions
- Support team members through code review and architecture coaching, and contribute reusable patterns that accelerate delivery across pods
What we're looking for
- 3+ years delivering production software with measurable commercial impact in a product-driven, high-growth environment
- Has shipped AI-powered pipelines or agents in a real operational context : enrichment, routing, summarization, or AI-assisted automation beyond prototypes
- Hands-on with LLM APIs, MCP integrations, and modern AI tooling (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or equivalent) — AI Fluency Level 4 or equivalent engineering experience
- Comfortable owning live production systems end to end: incident response, observability, vendor management, and data integrity
AI Fluency Level 4: This role is AI-native. You will architect and ship production AI systems — LLM agents, enrichment pipelines, MCP integrations — that the commercial org depends on. You make engineering decisions about models and infrastructure, design prompting systems that work reliably without end-user intervention, and define where human oversight is non-negotiable. The measure of everything you build is whether a KPI moved.
