Sr. Conflicts Analysts

Consilio, LLC is partnering with several prestigious international law firms seeking experienced Conflicts Analysts to support their growing New Business Intake and Risk Management teams. These fully remote opportunities offer the chance to work closely with attorneys and firm leadership to identify, analyze, and resolve conflicts of interest while ensuring compliance with ethical and business acceptance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of law firm conflicts experience , with a strong focus on new business intake, conflict clearance, and matter opening processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze conflict search results for new client matters and business opportunities.
• Conduct conflicts checks using the firm's risk management and intake systems.
• Partner with attorneys and business intake teams to gather information necessary for conflicts review and matter opening.
• Identify potential legal and business conflicts and provide clear, concise summaries and recommendations.
• Research clients, affiliates, adverse parties, and corporate relationships using internal and external resources.
• Support new client onboarding and matter intake while ensuring compliance with firm policies and ethical obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of conflicts analysis experience within a law firm environment.
• Demonstrated experience handling new business intake and conflicts clearance for client matters.
• Familiarity with conflicts and intake platforms such as Intapp Open, Intapp Intake, Intapp Walls, or comparable systems.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
