SR. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

· Oversee day-to-day construction activities across disciplines (civil/mechanical/piping/electrical as applicable)

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project schedule

· Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors for smooth execution

· Monitor productivity and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment

· Review construction schedules and provide inputs for planning and sequencing

· Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams

· Participate in look-ahead planning and progress review meetings

· Identify and resolve site constraints proactively

· Ensure adherence to project specifications, IFC drawings, and quality standards

· Coordinate inspections with QA/QC team and client representatives

· Ensure closure of NCRs and compliance with audit requirements

· Maintain proper documentation for all construction activities

· Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety awareness among workforce

· Identify hazards and implement corrective/preventive measures

· Ensure all activities comply with ADNOC / client HSE standards

· Track daily/weekly progress against project schedule

· Prepare and submit progress reports, site updates, and forecasts

· Highlight delays, risks, and mitigation plans to management

· Support project controls team with accurate data

· Interface with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors

· Attend site meetings and provide technical inputs

· Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
