Senior Superintendent – Electrical Construction

Location: Travel-Based | Preferred Home Markets: NM, NV, CO, TX, OK, LA, MS, AL, AR

Employment Type: Full-Time | Travel Required

We are partnered with a well-known electrical contractor seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical construction to lead field operations on large-scale projects across the country.

This is a full-time travel position supporting major electrical construction projects in markets including data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, government, and sports & entertainment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead electrical construction field operations from mobilization through project completion
• Manage and coordinate electrical crews, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee daily site activities, manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, safety, and quality
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager, general contractor, owners, engineers, and other trades
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements
• Drive project execution while maintaining schedule and quality expectations
• Identify and resolve field issues and coordinate solutions with project leadership
• Participate in planning, constructability reviews, procurement coordination, and project closeout
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of electrical construction superintendent experience
• Strong commercial and industrial electrical construction background
• Experience leading large-scale electrical projects with $20M+ electrical scopes
• Experience with complex projects such as:
• Data centers
• Advanced manufacturing
• Healthcare
• Government / federal
• Sports & entertainment
• Strong understanding of electrical construction means, methods, sequencing, and field operations
• Proven ability to lead large electrical crews and multiple foremen
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively on a full-time basis

Preferred Home Markets

Candidates currently based in New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, or Arkansas are preferred.
