Sr Consultant Document Control Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage document review, revision control, approvals, distribution, and archival.
• Maintain document repositories, version control, and records retention processes.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely document submissions and approvals.
• Track document status, generate reports/dashboard metrics, and highlight risks or bottlenecks.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Drive process improvements to enhance document management efficiency and data quality.
• Ensure accurate, organized, and accessible project records throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in Document Control, Records Management, Project Administration, or Engineering Documentation.
• Strong experience managing the end-to-end document lifecycle, including review, version control, approvals, distribution, and archival.
• Hands-on experience with DMS/EDMS, SharePoint, document repositories, and records retention practices.
• Good understanding of document governance, compliance, metadata management, and audit requirements.
• Exposure to engineering, construction, capital projects, or PMO environments preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive timely document reviews, approvals, and compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and process improvement skills with a keen attention to detail.
