Sr. Contracts Administrator

Title: Sr. Contracts Administrator – Technology

Location: Tampa, FL 33607 (On-site)

Duration: 6 months, with possible extension

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the complete contract lifecycle, including competitive bidding, contract development, commercial negotiations, contract execution, vendor management, and contract closeout for technology, software, construction, engineering, and utility-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead competitive bidding (RFx), bid evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial contract terms, conditions, and change orders.
• Draft, review, execute, and administer contracts.
• Manage vendor performance, invoices, claims, disputes, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Enterprise Security, Risk Management, and project teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant contract management experience.
• Strong pre-award contracting, commercial negotiations, competitive bidding, and category management experience.
• Experience with construction, engineering, EPC, utilities, infrastructure, or IT contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills:

• SaaS, software licensing, IT sourcing, and vendor negotiations.
• SAP/ERP systems and contract management software.
• E-signature tools and commercial contract development.
