Sr. Copywriter

Are you a creative writer looking to combine compelling storytelling with cutting-edge AI tools? Joining our Marketing team as the sole Copywriter, you will craft high-converting copy for web, product, and email campaigns that directly drive audience engagement.

Partner with dynamic, cross-functional teams to shape our brand voice, scale optimized content, and make a high-impact mark across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread engaging copy for web pages, product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and multi-channel creative assets.
• Email Marketing (70%): Write and refine high-volume, promotional, and event-based email copy (5–6 emails per week across all 4 brands with clear lead times) designed to engage customers and drive sales.
• Product Copy (15%): Draft net-new product descriptions and update existing technical copy, leveraging AI tools to translate complex product specifications into warm, consumer-friendly content.
• Blog & Web Content (15%): Produce engaging, long-form website content and blog posts to educate shoppers and drive organic brand discovery.
• Multi-Brand Voice Execution: Seamlessly switch between and write for 3 to 4 distinct brand tones and voices within the company ecosystem
• SEO & GEO Strategy: Develop Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and standard SEO-optimized content to maximize discoverability across traditional search engines and emerging AI tools (ensuring top visibility when consumers ask AI engines about specific product questions).
• AI-Integrated Workflow: Utilize AI-driven copywriting platforms to streamline production, elevate copy quality, and increase output speed.
• Project Management & Collaboration: Partner closely with dedicated Project Manager, creative leads, and cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end deliverables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of copywriting experience across digital channels, including web, product, and email.
• Proven experience writing for multiple distinct brand voices (3–4 variations)
• Proven ability to manage fast-moving, campaign-driven email copy
• Strong background in writing for both traditional SEO search rankings and AI-driven Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI copywriting and optimization tools into everyday workflows
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel projects concurrently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Background in retail copywriting or e-commerce marketing (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
