Their legal team is looking to hire a Sr. Counsel to lead the drafting and negotiating of critical EPC agreements, procurement contracts, and asset management agreements.
Requirements
- 4-10 years drafting and negotiating EPC agreements, supply agreements and O&M agreements for energy projects at a law firm or comparable in-house environment
- License to practice law in any state in the US
- This is a remote role, reporting to the General Counsel
