Sr Counselor

Job Summary

Provide professional counseling services to students, guiding them on course selection, career paths, and skill development based on their interests and career goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and group workshops to help students make informed decisions about their educational and career choices.
• Follow up with students regarding their progress, challenges, and feedback during and after course completion.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to identify potential students and provide information about various CAD courses offered by CADDEX.
• Help manage inquiries and provide course details, information on career outcomes, and necessary prerequisites for enrolling.
• Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions, student progress, and feedback to provide continuous support and track performance.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Any additional certification in career counseling or guidance is a plus.
• Candidates with prior experience in educational counseling, especially in technical courses, are preferred.
• Freshers with a passion for student counseling and career guidance can apply.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar counseling role, preferably in educational or career counseling.
• Proficiency in handling counseling software or CRM tools to manage student data is a plus.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple inquiries.
• Flexibility to work across different locations in India as per business requirements.
