Sr. CRM Executive

• Manage the complete customer relationship lifecycle from booking to possession.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, requests, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and other departments for smooth customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records, agreements, payment details, and CRM data.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, documentation, registration, and possession-related activities.
• Prepare and share regular MIS reports related to customer status, collections, complaints, and pending activities.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage CRM software and ensure timely updating of all customer interactions and activities.
• Handle escalation cases professionally and ensure proper closure.
• Support post-sales and after-sales activities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in real estate CRM/customer relationship management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
