Job Description

Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced candidates for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process in Mumbai.

We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals with good communication skills who can handle international customer queries and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update the system.
• Meet customer satisfaction and performance targets.
• Follow company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Qualification: Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to ₹4 LPA.
• Approximate in-hand salary: ₹27,000 per month.
• Night shift allowance up to ₹3,000.
