Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process in Mumbai. Candidates with international voice process experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional solutions to customer concerns.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining call quality standards.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective verbal communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Annual CTC: ₹4 LPA
• Approximate monthly in-hand salary: ₹27,000
• Night shift allowance: Up to ₹3,000
• 5 days working
• 2 rotational week-offs
• Rotational shifts
• Cab facility available
