What they need

Description Built on Integrity. Ready for the Mission.

At Tamayo Federal Solutions (TFS), we believe great missions are accomplished by great people—not just the most experienced, but those with the right mindset, integrity, and drive to grow. TFS delivers high-impact, mission-focused solutions for federal customers nationwide. We are growing quickly and seeking motivated professionals who are ready to grow with us.

Your Mission

TFS is seeking a Sr Cyber Security Architect to research, evaluate, and implement next-generation cyber capabilities across the DPAE CVN portfolio. This role will leverage advanced data science, specialized engineering, cyber analytics, and defensive operations to improve the security posture of maritime critical infrastructure, reduce technical stovepipes, and support rapid fielding of mission-critical cyber capabilities.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will perform technical analysis of emerging cyber mandates, evaluate novel cybersecurity technologies, support collaborative research and development efforts, develop cyber risk metrics and dashboards, and provide advanced cyber analytics to support DPAE CVN leadership. You will also contribute to cyber incident response planning and support, coordinate across Navy and maritime stakeholders, and translate complex technical risks into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Success in this position means strengthening the cybersecurity posture of the DPAE CVN portfolio through forward-looking technical analysis, disciplined cyber engineering, and effective stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will anticipate emerging threats, advance data-driven cyber risk visibility, support rapid integration of defensive cyber capabilities, and promote a cybersafe systems engineering culture across the maritime engineering ecosystem.
