Sr. D365 developers CRM

KrazyTech Solutions is looking for a Senior D365 CRM Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role involves working closely with technical and functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Develop and maintain Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, Business Rules, and CRM customizations.
• Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Develop and maintain PCF controls using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management.
• Work with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Support both Dynamics 365 Cloud and Dynamics CRM On-Premises environments.
• Work with SQL queries, stored procedures, reporting, and CRM-related database issues.
• Support CI/CD, deployments, and release activities across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, integration failures, performance issues, and technical defects.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Infrastructure Teams, and Business Teams.
• Implement secure integration solutions with appropriate authentication, authorization, API security, and error handling.
• Work with Azure DevOps, Git/source control, branching, build pipelines, and release pipelines.
• Implement Dynamics 365 security concepts including Security Roles, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Field Security.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, deployment documents, and support handover documents.

We are looking for a technically strong and experienced D365 CRM Developer who meets the following requirements:

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development.

• Experience working as a D365 CRM Developer, Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, Technical Lead, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization and development.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Dynamics 365 Plugins

• Workflows

• Custom Actions

• PCF Controls

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• Web API / REST API

• Dataverse

• Power Apps

• Power Automate

• Power Pages

• Strong programming knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Web APIs.

• Strong experience with SQL Server, SQL queries, and Stored Procedures.

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management.

• Experience working with both Dynamics 365 Cloud and Dynamics CRM On-Premises.

• Good understanding of CRM integrations and enterprise application integration.

• Knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, and error handling.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, build pipelines, and release pipelines.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience working on large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Understanding of software design patterns and integration architecture.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Functional, Technical, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
