Project Summary

Provision of expertise in data architecture, data modelling, data compliance, and data quality to support business data utilization initiatives. The objective is to enable the deployment and scaling of shared data and AI solutions across the Group, with a focus on Claim and Underwriting domains, while supporting alignment with Group data standards and frameworks.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Engage with Group and Entity stakeholders to analyze and formalize data requirements across data dimensions, including business definitions, data quality, data products, data governance, unstructured data management, data platforms, and architecture

• Contribute to defining data quality and readiness assessments for AI adoption

• Collaborate with the Group Data Office and relevant teams on data architecture, data management, data & AI governance, and unstructured data frameworks

• Support the development and refinement of data requirements for prioritized AI capabilities

• Participate in the construction of unstructured data frameworks

• Provide weekly reporting on project status and next steps

• Produce formalized data requirements documentation for prioritized AI solutions

• Deliver meeting minutes and stakeholder engagement summaries

Experience Required

Mandatory Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in data modelling

• At least 8 years of experience in data architecture, including data flows, APIs, and data platforms

• Experience in data management, including data quality and unstructured data

• Experience in data compliance

• Knowledge of data regulations and security standards

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Data Product and Data Mesh concepts

• Understanding of AI, including Generative AI

• Experience with Insurance Data Domains within the insurance value chain

• Knowledge of Acord Reference Architecture
