Sr. Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to support vendor record management for a healthcare-related organization in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining accurate supplier data, validating documentation, and helping the Accounts Payable function operate with strong controls and efficiency. The role is well suited for an experienced candidate who can manage high-volume administrative work with precision in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain vendor records in the company system with a high level of accuracy and consistency.

• Review submitted supplier documentation, including tax forms and banking details, to confirm completeness and policy compliance.

• Conduct direct verification of payment information with vendors to reduce risk and support internal control standards.

• Monitor vendor master data for discrepancies, duplicate records, or missing information and resolve issues promptly.

• Partner with Accounts Payable team members to support ongoing operational tasks and assigned process-related projects.

• Handle large volumes of data entry while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong quality standards.

• Use business applications such as Oracle Cloud Fusion, Microsoft Word, and Excel to manage records and reporting needs.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience with significant exposure to vendor data maintenance.

• Demonstrated strength in data entry, including numeric entry, typing accuracy, and computer-based record management.

• Experience working in a paperless or automated processing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to process large amounts of information accurately.

• Effective organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion is highly preferred.
