Sr Data Scientist

We need a Sr Data Scientist of at least 8+ years of experience with stronger Development Experience and more as an Individual Contributor.

Location-Bangalore

Work Mode- Hybrid - need to go office 2-3 days in office

Fulltime role

RGM : Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management, price elasticity, promotion, baseline, cannibalization/volume transfer, assortment, and pricing optimization

Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with Regression models, Bayesian, Decision tree. Strong conceptual knowledge in statistics. Model development, validation, feature engineering, diagnostics and model monitoring

Databricks & MLOps: Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, workflows, CI/CD, Git/Azure DevOps, and productionizing automated data/model pipelines.

Coding: Strong hands on experience in Python (code modularization, automation, code versioning), Basic SQL, Basic knowledge in Streamlit

Business & Stakeholder Skills: Strong communication, explain model outputs in business language, conduct model validation/UAT.
