Job Description

• Starting from Proposal****workin Technical & Commercial aspects

• Preparation of CompleteDesignforelectricalequipment’s**substation(MCC).**

• Further, detail study & analysis of complete Material handling project technical specification ( Mechanical, Electrical, civil & C&I) for Basic& detail engineering

• Finding & segregating the E&I scope of work in design, erection & commissioning phases of the project.

• BOQ****preparationbased on tender NIT for E&I Budget preparation

• Preparing the Detailworktargetsbreakstructurefor entire projects by specifying the start date & end dates with internal coordination of Mechanical ,civil & utility departments.

• Expertise in FEEDforPlant Electrics.

• Knowledge of Engineeringdevelopmentprocedure**(EDP).**

• Preparation of *Drive**List,TransformerSizing,LoadCalculations,shortcircuit* calculations.

• Prepare Technical****Specificationfor the electrics(like HT/LT Switchgear, PCC/PDB, Transformers, Battery Chargers, APFC ,HT/LT Motors, Cables, VVVF Drives, Bus duct,

MLDB/LP, Lighting fixtures, Earthing & Lightning materials, Cable trays & Electrical Accessories).

• Preparation of singlelinediagramfor the overall plant electrics.

• Power cabling Sizing, Power & control Cable Schedules, Interconnection schedules Cable Routing & Layouts.

• Lighting,EarthingandLightningDesigncalculations& Layouts.
