;2. Good understanding of sheet-metal manufacturing processes, fabrication, machining;fits/tolerances, GDT etc.

;3. Exposure to various materials selection (metal, plastics, sealings etc.) foldable joints

;4. Sub-system design considering design for manufacturing (DFM) assembly (DFA) aspect.

;5. Good communication skills - written oral to technically interact with customer contacts

;6. Flexible to work onsite at customer office factory as when necessary

;7. Need to be a good team player to work efficiently with other stakeholders in a project

;Skills (Must have) : -;

;1. Minimum 3 years hands on experience in SolidWorks software (design, modelling, assembly drafting)

;2. Good proficiency needed in sheet-metal, fabrication, machining;fits/tolerances, GDT etc. for preparation of fabrication manufacturing drawings

;3. Domain knowledge in off-highway vehicles or helicopters will be an added advantage

;Skills (Optional) : - exposure to plastics will be an added advantage

;Experience as design engineer in fabrication modular foldable assembly of sub-systems in off-highway vehicles, aerospace or defense industry is desired.
