Job Title: Sr. Designer

Location-Type: Hybrid, Greenwood Village, CO (Onsite Monday-Thursday, remote half-day Friday; 1-2 days onsite minimum per week)

Start Date: November 2, 2025

Duration: Contract through December 18, 2026 (potential extension February 2027 through end of May 2027)

Compensation Range: $50-56/hr W2

Job Description: The client is seeking an experienced Sr. Designer to join a collaborative in-house creative team, supporting the production of print, digital, and outdoor campaign materials while covering a parental leave.

Job Summary

• Design and produce digital files and print materials, including outdoor advertising assets, to brand standards

• Execute color proofing across deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency prior to output

• Manage and produce files for outdoor print output with a strong understanding of print production requirements

• Build and maintain presentation materials in Google Slides for internal and cross-functional use

• Collaborate with remote Marketing teams to contribute to concepting and campaign strategy discussions

• Present and clearly articulate design concepts and creative rationale to stakeholders

• Work within a multi-disciplinary creative team, coordinating with digital, motion, retouch, and photo editing specialists

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 or more years of professional design experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Experience working in Google Slides for presentation development

• Demonstrated experience with both digital file production and print design

• Ability to speak confidently to creative concepts and defend design decisions

• Portfolio demonstrating print campaigns, digital work, and concepting across multiple formats

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the entertainment industry

• Outdoor print design experience

• Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics

• Familiarity with Workfront and/or Workday

• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with remote or cross-office marketing teams.
