Sr. Developer - Application Development JAVA N 4B

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Developer - Application Development JAVA N 4B to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting Java-based applications that improve performance, reliability, and maintainability across the organization. The position will partner closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance existing systems, and drive continuous improvement. It also offers the opportunity to work in an agile environment with emerging technologies and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused delivery model.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement Java applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Enhance application performance and optimize code
• Stay current with industry trends to drive improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
• Master's degree in Software Engineering preferred
• Oracle Certified Java Associate certification
• Experience with Agile methodology and Apache Kafka
• Strong client relations and collaboration skills
• Proficient in English at C2 level
• Knowledge of design thinking and storytelling techniques
