SR. DEVOPS | SR. FULLSTACK ENGINEER | SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER (WFH/Remote)

1. SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER

Salary: PHP 120,000–140,000
Work Arrangement: Permanent Work From Home / Fully Remote
Schedule: Midshift / Night Shift
Note: Candidate must be open to a shifting schedule

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
• Strong experience in Linux systems configuration
• Experience with networking and infrastructure components such as ELB
• Familiarity with logging, tracing, monitoring, and observability tools
• Strong background in Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience in configuration, provisioning, and production deployment
• Proven experience implementing Continuous Deployment (CD) through production
• Technical Lead experience is a plus
• Solid knowledge of software development and implementation
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
• Passion for technology and continuous learning
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers

2. SENIOR FULLSTACK ENGINEER

Salary: PHP 100,000–130,000
Work Arrangement: Permanent Work From Home / Fully Remote
Schedule: Midshift / Night Shift
Note: Candidate must be open to a shifting schedule

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably with a backend-heavy focus
• Advanced expertise in Node.js and/or Python
• Strong knowledge of backend frameworks and development patterns
• Strong database design and optimization skills using PostgreSQL
• NoSQL familiarity is a plus
• Hands-on experience with React or React Native
• Familiarity with AWS/GCP, serverless functions, and cloud-native architectures
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, caching, and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Ability to drive architectural discussions and establish technical standards

3. SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER

Salary: PHP 140,000–175,000
Work Arrangement: Permanent Work From Home / Fully Remote
Schedule: Midshift / Night Shift
Note: Candidate must be open to a shifting schedule

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5–7 years of software engineering experience
• At least 2–3 years in technical leadership or management roles
• Strong engineering background with proven experience designing, developing, deploying, and scaling end-to-end software solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to challenge conventional approaches
• Ability to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term architecture and scalability
• Strong leadership skills and sense of accountability
