Sr. Digital Analyst (Paid Media)

• We are looking for a Senior Digital Analyst - Paid media specialist to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, along with a strong understanding of performance metrics, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Optimise ad spend, bids, and targeting strategies for maximum ROI.
• Understanding customer journeys, lead nurturing, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Should be able to create reports that clearly explain ad performance and how it was affected

Requirements:

• • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• • Proven track record in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.
• • Strong analytical skills with expertise in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications are a plus.
