The ideal candidate will have practical experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, and lead generation, with the ability to develop and optimize campaigns that support business growth.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified real estate leads.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

• Develop lead-generation strategies targeting potential property buyers, investors, and prospective clients.

• Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).

• Manage social media platforms and coordinate the creation of engaging real estate marketing content.

• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance reviews.

• Collaborate with the sales team to track lead quality, improve follow-ups, and maximize conversions.

• Prepare campaign reports and recommend data-driven improvements to marketing performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation.

• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Understanding of real estate marketing and customer acquisition strategies is preferred.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and campaign management skills.

• Ability to work with measurable targets and deliver quality leads within the allocated budget.
